Content Marketing Manager We are looking for an exceptional content marketer to drive content strategy and execution for our high-growth marketing team. This role will create thought leadership, product-level, and customer content in close collaboration with Gorilla Logic's executive team, sales, growth marketing and delivery teams to deliver impactful, high-quality content across channels and audiences. The successful candidate is an exceptional writer, strategic thinker, and project manager with a knack for breaking down complex topics into compelling, digestible content and experiences. - Ability to storytelling based on deep technical audiences - Working closely with key partners across marketing, this individual will play a critical role in helping us drive brand awareness, affinity, and conversion through the strategic use of content and messaging. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of AI-driven content creation tools, and a results-oriented, experimental mindset. This role requires versatility across various content formats, including short, mid, and long-form. Responsibilities • Reports to the Director of Marketing • 70-80% of your time will be spent creating, editing and managing high-impact content pieces: Blogs, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Social Media, One Pagers, Decks and Emails as well as website copy and sales enablement tools/resources • Work closely with in-house designers ensuring smooth handoff and timely delivery/publication of content and assets • Manage corporate Website, Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram/FB) and YouTube presence ensuring alignment of messaging and industry thought-leadership • Create and edit content based on targeted audience segments, industry verticals, and key personas, working closely with cross-functional teams (including C-Suite, Sales, Delivery Managers) • Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with demand generation initiatives and cross-functional priorities • Assist in the creation of sales enablement resources • Produce content for demand generation activities that drive results for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns • Track marketing KPIs and report regularly on content performance and brand visibility metrics • Transform complex business and technical concepts into engaging, action-oriented marketing messages/Develop rapid-response industry insights to trending AI, product engineering and software development • Develop and execute SEO & AIO-driven content strategies that optimize for reach and align with a reader-first approach create, and edit SEO content. • Maintain a balance of pragmatism, optimism, and scrappiness Skills/Experience • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or similar • 5+ years of experience writing and developing content pieces for lead generation, brand awareness, customer retention, and sales enablement preferably in B2B • A passion for writing B2B email copy that stands out in an inbox and resonates with a highly-technical audience • Experience leveraging AI tools effectively to enhance content creation and efficiency • An understanding of Hubspot/marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, GA4, AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc...) • An open-mindset, prepared to contribute new and interesting ideas • A commitment to always evolving and improving processes • Strong writing and editing skills preferably in the B2B tech space • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills-experience collaborating remotely a plus • Experience working closely with sales and product teams • An understanding of a metrics-driven marketing approach • Proven success with SEO/AIO content creation and editing • Identify content gaps and propose ideas to improve quality, engagement, and on-page experience • Integrity and accountability, produce high quality, error-free work- • Ability to capture Gorilla Logic brand voice consistently and masterfully • Understands tenets of good design-ability to make minor edits to design files in Adobe suite a plus • Understanding of ABM-experience with ABM a plus • Experience in a high-growth environment, not afraid to step out of their comfort zone
