The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Demand planning and forecasting the rapidly evolving demand for Google's ML infrastructure. • Develop and maintain sophisticated demand models, analyzing trends, and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders across Product Areas (PAs), research, and engineering to gather inputs and validate assumptions. • Influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions and ensure that our capacity planning and supply chain are aligned with Google's AI objectives. • Organize and lead new workstreams, processes, and automation required to scale operations at a global scale. Work cross-functionally to communicate demand details and insights, drive demand process improvements, and create first-class documentation.
