Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5 years of experience in program management. • Experience with the Large Language Model (LLM) life-cycle. • Experience in new and emerging capabilities of AI systems. Preferred qualifications: • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. • Experience navigating and influence cross-team stakeholders at executive levels. • Excellent investigative capabilities and expertise in bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations. • Ability to work independently and complete projects from end-to-end and in a timely manner. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities • Lead and execute ads traffic quality (AdSpam) and publisher quality programs across sellside products to drive business outcomes that promote the mission of a trusted ads ecosystem. • Ensure all projects within the program contribute directly to the Trust and Safety (T&S) Consumer business generation strategic objectives; oversees and drive the transformation of business to achieve the long-term goal. • Partner with cross-functional program teams influencing alignment on program goals and strategy. • Develop relationships and communicate findings to all levels of management. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enforcement teams to lead the deployment of AI-first, AI-centric, and AI-assisted solutions to automate high-complexity content moderation and fraud detection workflows.
