As a Program Manager, you will help drive Forecasting and Execution strategies by orchestrating alignment across teams and incorporating business intelligence and baseline/event driven inputs. In addition, this role will drive process/system improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will also drive portfolio-wide business strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to drive scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) capacity planning to support cloud growth and enable business with Inventory Efficiency goal/Annual Operational Expenditure (OpEx) by driving Machine Capacity Deployment. • Manage Capacity Demand/Supply planning through cross-functional engagement to minimize capacity risks impacting Business, Spend, and Efficiency goals. • Drive capacity deployment strategies maximizing capacity availability to enable business while optimizing cost-to-serve to deliver margin. • Develop capacity recommendations to the Cloud leadership by framing and structuring ambiguous, business implications across a range of available data sets and analysis. • Drive process improvements and system enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams.
