Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 2 years of experience in program or project management. • Experience with project management, program management, or business process management. Preferred qualifications: • 5 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs to support on-boarding and continuous learning. • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. • Experience with data analysis. • Experience in leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment. • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, investigative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities • Lead the annual headcount planning for ELS which includes creating detailed headcount projections based on business needs and strategic objectives and present the headcount plans to executive management for approval. • Manage the quarterly headcount refresh process by running the headcount model and producing supporting analyses to ensure sublinear growth. • Refine and maintain the headcount model to reflect changes in business conditions and organizational structure. • Manage the headcount administration including accuracy of headcount attributes in the tool, governance of headcount allocation and troubleshooting issues related to the headcount tool. • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline headcount management processes.
