Front-of-House Manager Benefits & Compensation: • Competitive base salary (customize salary as needed) plus bonus potential • Healthcare benefits (50% employer-paid), PTO, and vacation • Strong culture of internal promotion and leadership development • Fun team incentives, including referral bonuses and travel giveaways • Dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a focus on teamwork and guest experience Front-of-House Manager Requirements & Qualifications: • 2–4 years of leadership experience in high-volume, upscale full-service restaurants • Strong background in guest relations, service standards, and floor leadership • Experience in nightlife-driven or late-night concepts is a plus (VIPs, celebrities, bottle service) • Excellent communication and team-building skills with a positive, hospitality-first mindset • Solid understanding of service execution, table management, training, and team development • Financial literacy in labor management, comps/voids, scheduling, and service metrics • Stable tenure required — no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years • Professional, polished, and comfortable in an upscale environment • Must be a local Dallas candidate • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
