To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a well-established and growing plaintiff side law firm, is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact class action cases in both state and federal courts while advocating for employees and consumers. Employment Law Attorney Benefits and Compensation: • Competitive base salary: $200,000 – $400,000 per year, depending on experience • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer matching • Paid time off and holiday pay • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact litigation cases Employment Law Attorney Requirements & Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New York • 5–10 years of civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions • Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day one • Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client matters Employment Law Attorney Preferred Background & Skills: • Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
