We are a family-oriented entertainment space searching for an Operations Manager with experience in a fast-paced food/entertainment field. A people-first concept looking for a leader of the team. Operations Manager Requirements: • $4 Million+ in annual sales • People-first personality • Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales • Team-oriented • Dynamic leadership Operations Manager Qualifications: • Understand profit and loss statements • Big picture viewpoint - but can manage to the details • Must be very guest focused • Foodservice background Operations Manager Compensation: • $58-68,000 in salary based on experience • 15% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met • Health and PTO • Lots more!
