Our client is looking for an experienced Melt Shop Supervisor to join their team and help them achieve their production goals while preserving quality and ensuring the safety of the team. Melt Shop Supervisor Responsibilities: • Ensure safe operations of the melt shop • Manage safe flow of all materials utilized in the production process • Determine alloy additions required • Monitor and participates in repairs • Train, evaluate, direct, and discipline team • Act as a liaison between other production teams Melt Shop Supervisor Qualifications: • High School Diploma • 3+ years in a similar role • Leadership skills and management experience • Understanding of Melt Shop operations and Safety Melt Shop Supervisor Benefits: • $75k – $90k Salary + Bonus • Medical, Dental, and Vision Plan • 401k • PTO At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
