Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our advertising, social media, website, and partnership strategies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage campaigns from concept to execution, oversee and update our website, develop local business partnerships, and secure group booking opportunities across our various locations—all with the goal of increasing direct bookings.Local to Cape Coral or able to travel monthlyWhat You’ll DoDrive overall marketing strategy across advertising, social media, and partnershipsManage and improve our website (design, content, and functionality) to maximize guest conversionCreate and execute a comprehensive annual advertising plan, identifying the best placements and seasonal opportunitiesDevelop and manage email and social campaigns to engage guests and drive repeat staysIdentify and secure group booking opportunities with organizations, sports teams, event planners, and corporate clientsBuild partnerships with local businesses to enhance guest experiences and strengthen our brandCollaborate closely with the revenue management team to align marketing with pricing and occupancy goalsWhat We’re Looking ForProven marketing management experience (hospitality or vacation rental industry a plus)Strong background with CMS tools (WordPress), Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Ads ManagerBasic HTML skills for hands-on website updatesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrategic mindset paired with strong execution abilityThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer who thrives in both strategy and execution.
