What You’ll Get • $70,000+ base salary depending on experience • 10% performance-based bonus tied to profitability and revenue growth • Autonomy, trust, and full operational control • Stability and growth opportunity with a proven local brand What You’ll Do • Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and execution • Drive top-line revenue and manage profitability through effective systems and leadership • Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of hourly and salaried staff • Recruit and train team members to deliver consistent guest experiences • Control costs, manage inventory, and ensure scheduling efficiency • Create a positive, professional workplace culture • Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant • Strong leadership presence with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills • Proven success managing P&L and driving both sales and profitability • Hands-on, guest-facing leadership style • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays If you’re ready to run a business like it’s your own and make a real impact, we’d love to connect.
