To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brand new establishment opening in November. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, enhancing profitability, and leading our team to achieve strategic goals. General Manager Responsibilities: -Manage all aspects of daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. -Develop, implement, and manage budgets; oversee financial performance and reporting to ensure profitability. – Set strategic goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business vision and mission. -Recruit, train, and mentor department heads; foster a positive organizational culture and ensure effective communication across all levels.
