Benefits/Compensation: • Competitive pay • Lucrative bonus program • Incredible opportunities for growth • Supportive company leadership • Great work-life balance Qualifications/Requirements: • 5+ years experience as Catering Chef or Banquet Chef in fine dining, scratch kitchen hotels or event venues • Progressive tenure in back-of-house operations with an affinity for fine dining, menu development, and scratch kitchen concepts • Expertise in managing catering operations exceeding $1M annually or more than 350 events per year • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of retaining and promoting from within • Strong knowledge of managing finances: inventory management, labor management, food cost control, ordering and vendor relations, and budgeting and forecasting At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
