We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and analytically focused Marketing Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic Brand & Strategy team at Goodwin, a top-ranked global 50 law firm. As the Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with the firm’s strategic priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with the Manager of Marketing Strategy and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, track performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a knowledgeable background and understands the technical application of multi-channel marketing campaigns, is both creative and analytical, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You Will Do: Take a leading role in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that support firm-wide initiatives, practices areas, and other projects. Generate reports to gather, log, and monitor performance metrics to track campaign goals, KPIs, and identify trends. Lead and collaborate on campaign timelines, deliverables and workflows with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign assets align with brand standards and strategic objectives. Contribute to the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting support for digital, print and video materials. Manage and coordinate email marketing efforts, including drafting, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns Participate in team meetings and brainstorms and contribute to the development of post-campaign reviews to share learnings and ideas. Stay current on marketing best practices, tools, and technologies to support efficiency. Who You Are: 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or agency environment. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working in professional services is a plus but not essential – we welcome applications from all backgrounds. Experienced with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Parse.ly, Clarity, Dynamics) and project management tools (Workfront). A strategic and organized team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Data-driven and solution-oriented mindset with an eye for identifying trends and insights. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines with a positive attitude. An autonomous and curious learner who is eager to grow and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives. Proficient within the Microsoft Suite. Experience managing email marketing campaigns and working with email platforms (Dynamics). Firm culture is hybrid work environment.
