• Please Note: This position will be posted through Friday, November 21st, 2025* Please Note: This position will work to bring processed clothing to the Sales Floor and will interact with Customers providing assistance to them. Excellent customer service skills are a must! Part-time positions are available. Please tell us about your availability. Availability to work evenings and weekends is preferred for this position! Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays. Pay: $15.65 per hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! JOB SUMMARY: The Associate I, Retail Sales Floor is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The Associate will be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. The Associate is responsible for overall cleanliness of sales floor, restrooms, and dressing room(s) (where applicable). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for assigned duties. • Ambassador of pricing according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (Good, Better, Best), which may include researching the item’s value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards. • Maintains a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning and organizing shelves and racks, picking items up off the floor, putting away product(s) from racks, carts, or baskets, as well as putting away returned or unwanted item(s). • Ensure sales floor areas are properly merchandised to standard (categorized, colorized, sized), responsible for making decisions to flex product to improve customer shopping experience, and increase sales. • Assisting production by communication targeted needs for the floor to manager on duty. • Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers by adhering to the 10-foot rule (i.e., anytime you find yourself within 10-feet of a customer, you should smile, greet, make eye contact etc.) and answer product questions as needed. • Rotate or pull old or unsold product(s) in a timely manner from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary. • Responsible for E-Commerce product identification and pulling from sales floor. • Follow all retail center policies and procedures. • Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers. • Crosstrain in other departments or areas; act as a back-up for other areas as required. • Your job duties may extend beyond the tasks listed and may include additional responsibilities as required.
