Job Title: Customer Service Manager Company Overview: Goodwill Monocacy Valley is a community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through job training, employment placement services, and retail operations. Role Overview: As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead and oversee the sales floor operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving team performance and maintaining a positive, productive environment. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily sales floor activities to meet and exceed sales goals. - You will lead, train, and motivate a team of customer service associates. - You will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team. - You will resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction. - You will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - You will implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. - You will collaborate with other departments to support organizational objectives. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in retail management or customer service leadership. - You bring strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency in sales tracking and inventory management systems. - You bring the ability to lead and develop a diverse team. - You bring problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in nonprofit retail environments. - Knowledge of Goodwill’s mission and community impact. - Familiarity with workforce development programs. - Certification in retail management or customer service excellence.
