Job Title: Customer Service Manager Company Overview: Goodwill Monocacy Valley is a community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through job training, education, and employment opportunities. Role Overview: As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead and oversee the sales floor operations to ensure excellent customer experiences and achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in driving team performance and fostering a positive work environment aligned with Goodwill’s mission. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily sales floor activities to meet and exceed sales goals. - You will lead, train, and motivate the customer service team to deliver outstanding service. - You will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to maintain stock availability. - You will analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. - You will collaborate with other departments to support organizational objectives. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will prepare reports on sales performance and team productivity. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in retail management or customer service leadership. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team. - You possess problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management. - You have the ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization. - Knowledge of Goodwill’s programs and community impact initiatives. - Certification in retail management or customer service training. - Bilingual skills to support diverse customer populations.
