Role Overview: As the Customer Service Manager, you will lead and oversee the sales floor operations, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving team performance and maintaining a positive, productive retail environment. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily sales floor activities to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service. - You will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability. - You will analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions. - You will resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction. - You will implement merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience. - You will collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or customer service leadership. - Strong knowledge of sales strategies and inventory management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a nonprofit retail environment. - Familiarity with Goodwill’s mission and community programs. - Certification in retail management or customer service. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse customer base.
