We specialize in delivering a seamless, customer-focused solar experience through trusted partnerships, transparent communication, and operational excellence. Our team supports sales partners and homeowners across multiple states, ensuring every project—from design to PTO—is executed with precision and care. Now Hiring: Two Operations-Focused Solar Roles GoodPWR is hiring for two operations roles that share the same core competencies and mindset, but support different parts of our business: • Sales Operations Manager • Affiliate Support Specialist Both roles require a strong understanding of the full solar project lifecycle, comfort working directly with sales representatives and partners, and a willingness to build, adapt, and grow alongside a fast-moving team. These positions are ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, remote environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and understands that solar operations sometimes require effort beyond standard business hours—while still maintaining a consistent, reliable schedule. Core Competencies (Required for Both Roles) • Direct, hands-on solar industry experience • Strong understanding of the full solar lifecycle (contract → NTP → install → PTO) • Experience communicating with sales representatives, affiliates, or partners • Ability to track multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong ownership mentality with follow-through and accountability • Clear, professional communication skills • Comfort working in a flexible environment where timelines can shift • Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to help build processes Role Focus AreasSales Operations Manager This role focuses on pipeline leadership and operational oversight. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and optimizing solar projects across the full lifecycle • Leading pipeline meetings and driving project accountability • Overseeing Salesforce data accuracy, reporting, and KPIs • Coaching and supporting a Sales Operations Specialist • Acting as an escalation point for complex project or partner issues • Identifying and implementing process improvements to support scale Affiliate Support Specialist This role is a hands-on, individual contributor supporting affiliate solar programs. Key responsibilities include: • Tracking affiliate projects from intake through NTP and installation readiness • Coordinating financial readiness, documentation, and approvals • Supporting Notice to Proceed (NTP) coordination • Working closely with field operations and procurement teams • Maintaining accurate Salesforce records and milestone tracking • Serving as a primary operational contact for affiliate partners CRM & Systems Both roles will: • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records • Track milestones, blockers, and project health • Use reports and dashboards to manage workload and aging projects Qualifications Required • Solar industry experience with full project lifecycle exposure • Experience in sales operations, field operations, project coordination, or similar • Salesforce CRM proficiency (or comparable CRM systems) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally • Ability to manage a team of 1-4 people reporting directly to you Preferred • Experience supporting affiliate or partner solar channels • Exposure to project financial tracking, adders, or contract changes • Experience working with field operations or procurement teams • SOP development or process improvement experience Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Unlimited paid time off Application Question(s): • Linkedin Profile Experience: • Solar Operations: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
