Full Description

Industrial Maintenance Electrician – PLC/SCADA Keep advanced manufacturing lines running at peak performance. You’ll own electrical reliability, controls troubleshooting, and code-compliant installs across a fast-moving, automated operation. Your Impact • Install, wire, and integrate new machinery, components, and systems; support start-ups and orderly shut-downs. • Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. • Perform scheduled PMs; capture precise maintenance and repair records. • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes and site safety standards. • Work side by side with operators and maintenance to resolve safety/operational concerns; escalate hazards immediately. Reliability & Troubleshooting • Rapidly identify root causes in power and control systems to cut unscheduled downtime. • Test, locate, and correct control malfunctions to stabilize equipment performance. Projects & Other Duties • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that drive safety, throughput, and quality. • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Must-Haves • 1–3 years in an industrial, highly automated environment. • Bachelor’s in electrical/electronics or Associate’s with equivalent experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and analysis. Preferred Toolset • Rockwell RSView, ControlLogix, PLC5000, Wonderware, AB PanelView, and HMI software. • ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet networking for industrial controls. • AutoCAD for schematics and updates.
