Pomelo | Thai Boutique Restaurant is a cozy Thai restaurant in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans right on our bustling Magazine Street. It is Chef Aom Srisuk's first restaurant in the United States, and the sister restaurant to Good Catch downtown. We are proud to serves up our unique brand of Thai hospitality to neighbors and to the diversity of guests who wander their way up Magazine Street while visiting our amazing city. Famed reporter Beth D'Addono described Pomelo as "a welcoming haven of light and spice" when introducing Pomelo to our community four years ago. Pomelo specializes in fresh takes on authentic Thai cuisine, and we have receive several awards for our cuisine. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook, and willing to be cross-trained in a number of back-of-house specialties. Familiarity with Asian-style cooking styles is a plus, so if you have similar experience, please be sure to let us know when you reach out.
