About the Role: We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and resourceful IT Support associate to join our fast-paced, small team at Golf Team Products, Inc. As a key member of the team, you will wear many hats, solving a variety of issues and providing innovative solutions to help move the company forward. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an ever-evolving environment and can manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and implement solutions that move the company forward and drive business growth. • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and team members to support daily operations. • Manage diverse tasks, including eCommerce platform maintenance, website updates, task automation, and data management. • Provide IT support for internal systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows. • Manage and optimize current processes; develop and maintain new processes. • Adapt to new tasks or responsibilities as the business evolves and priorities shift. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field, with a business focus or background. • 2+ years of experience in a similar generalist role, ideally in the eCommerce space. • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify. • Experience with ERP platforms, such as Acumatica. • Strong experience with data management, task automation, and website frontend maintenance. • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation tasks. • Experience with one or more of the following: Javascript, Liquid, HTML, JSON, Python, C# Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. • Experience in Acumatica and creating Generic Inquiries, Business Events and/or Import Scenarios.
