About Us Golden Years Oasis is a licensed Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) providing compassionate, person-centered care to older adults in a safe, home-like environment. We are seeking dedicated and dependable Caregivers to support our residents with daily living needs. Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to caregiving, we provide the training and supportive environment you need to thrive. Join a team where your work truly matters. Responsibilities • Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents • Record observations and changes in resident conditions • Assist with light housekeeping and meal service • Follow individualized service plans • Adhere to CBRF standards, resident rights, and Golden Years Oasis policies Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age (per CBRF requirements) • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • CBRF training is a plus but not required (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration), we provide paid training if needed • Ability to pass a background check per DHS 83.12 and federal FCRA guidelines • Reliable, compassionate, and patient Benefits • Flexible scheduling • Paid CBRF training and continuing education • Supportive team culture • Overtime paid per FLSA regulations • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives Apply today and become part of a team where caring is more than a job—it’s a calling.
