You’ll work remotely when you want, hit the field when it matters, and tap into unlimited earning potential in a stable yet rapidly growing industry. What You’ll Do • Hunt New Business – Identify, target, and win new customers through strategic prospecting, market intel, and your own network. • Grow Existing Accounts – Strengthen relationships, understand client needs, and deliver innovative packaging solutions. • Own the Sales Cycle – From lead generation to contract negotiation to post-sale follow-up, you’ll run the show. • Be the Go-To Expert – Stay ahead of packaging trends, represent us at industry events, and bring fresh ideas to the table. What You Bring • Proven success selling in the packaging space (Rigid, Folding Carton, Single Face Laminate, Litho Laminate preferred) • Strong B2B sales skills with a solution-selling mindset. • An entrepreneurial approach to building and managing your territory. • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. • 3+ years in sales (packaging experience) + BS/BA in business or related field desired.
