Senior Capture Manager DoD & Federal Growth | GoldenTech Location: Remote with travel to Northern VA / Washington, DC and other client sites as needed Full-time About GoldenTech GoldenTech is a fast-growing small business and active 8(a) participant delivering mission-critical IT and professional services to the U.S. Department of Defense and other Federal Civilian Agencies. We are now seeking a Senior Capture Manager with a proven track record of winning large-scale federal contracts ($20M+), particularly in DoD environments. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for leading captures from pursuit through award, building capture teams, developing win strategies, and forging relationships that drive GoldenTech s next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead capture efforts for complex federal opportunities across DoD and civilian agencies, with a focus on programs exceeding $20M in value • Leverage our 8(a) status along with our Tribal and ANC joint ventures to capture relevant opportunities • Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, solution approaches, teaming, and pricing strategies in coordination with SMEs and proposal staff • Identify and qualify new opportunities in coordination with BD and executive leadership; maintain a prioritized pipeline of qualified pursuits • Manage capture lifecycle from pre-RFI through RFP and award, including market research, customer engagement, solutioning, and proposal support • Build and lead cross-functional capture teams across technical, contracts, pricing, and operations stakeholders • Develop compliant and competitive teaming strategies for small business set-asides • Support development of proposal content, gate reviews, and executive presentations • Engage with senior government customers, primes, and subcontractors to deepen relationships and position GoldenTech as a preferred provider • Contribute to the overall growth strategy and thought leadership within GoldenTech s business development team Basic Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in federal capture management, business development, or growth strategy roles • Demonstrated experience leading and winning competitive DoD or civilian agency contracts worth $20M+ • Strong understanding of federal procurement, including 8(a), HUBZone, small business set-asides, and ANC/Tribal partnerships • Experience managing or supporting full lifecycle capture including technical solutioning, price-to-win, and teaming • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management tools • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field); equivalent experience considered Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting or winning contracts with DoD components such as Army, Navy, Air Force, DHA, or COCOMs • Familiarity with GSA Schedules, IDIQ/Task Order vehicles, and GWACs • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one • Master s degree in Business or related field • Veteran or prior service experience a strong plus Interested?
