Job Overview 🎯 We are seeking an experienced Director of Brokerage Operations in our Diamond Bar office to oversee the daily operations of our brokerage business and drive the successful execution of key strategic projects from inception to implementation. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with prior experience in a boutique brokerage firm, who can optimize operational workflows, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a high-performing team to enhance our competitive edge and service quality. Key Responsibilities 📈 • Operational Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of brokerage operations, including trading, risk control, client services, and product promotion, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows. • End-to-End Project Management: Lead critical projects from initiation, planning, execution, to post-implementation review, ensuring timely and successful delivery. • Process Optimization: Continuously refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and improve client experience. • Risk & Compliance: Establish and refine risk management and compliance frameworks, ensuring full adherence to industry regulations. • Leadership & Team Management: Guide cross-functional teams, align resources, and drive operational excellence. • Data Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct regular operational data analysis and market assessments to support business decision-making and strategy adjustments.
