Role Overview We are opening a new position for 1099 Recruiters to help us grow our team by recruiting strong, productive Realtors and Loan Officers nationwide. This is a remote, independent contractor role designed for self-motivated people who want: • flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) • performance-based income • clear commission structure • a scalable recruiting business model Compensation (High Bonus Per Hire) You will earn a recruiting commission / bonus per successful hire, up to $6,000 per quality recruit, based on onboarding and performance milestones. Earning Examples • Part-time: 1 quality recruit per month → up to $72,000/year • Full-time: 1 quality recruit per week → up to $312,000/year • (Earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed.) What You Will Do As a 1099 Recruiter, you will: • identify and recruit qualified Realtors and Loan Officers (LinkedIn, networking, communities, referrals, etc.) • message prospects and generate interest • schedule interviews / intro calls • support the candidate through the onboarding process • help us build a consistent pipeline of high-quality team members Who This Is For This role is ideal for: • experienced recruiters (agency or in-house) • mortgage professionals who want an additional income stream • real estate professionals with strong networks • sales-oriented individuals who are good at outreach + follow-up • self-driven builders who want unlimited upside Requirements • Strong communication skills (phone + messaging) • Ability to source and contact candidates proactively • Consistency and follow-up discipline • Comfortable with performance-based compensation • Recruiting experience is a plus (not required if you have strong network and execution) Important Compliance Note This is a talent recruiting role only.
