Job Overview CMS is a fast-growing multifamily property management company with a mission to provide great service to the workforce housing communities we manage. CMS is committed to utilizing teamwork, process, and technology to improve the resident experience, drive better resident retention, and rent growth. The Resident Service Coordinator will be primarily responsible for communicating with residents and coordinating with in-market leasing team to orchestrate the renewal, move-in, move-out and transfer processes for residents as well as assist generally with resident issues. This position is for someone with a background in property management who is interested in entering the management side rather than the onsite side of the property management / multifamily real estate industry. Responsibilities Contact residents regarding their lease renewal, move-in/out and residency changes. Discuss and negotiate any renewal issues with residents as necessary. Collaborate with broader team to resolve any issues. Use Property Management software to record all information. Assist Leasing Team as needed with resident issues. Experience Two years property management experience. Experience with leases, renewals and property operations. Experience working with CRM or similar software.
