Overview Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid. Goldbelt Professional Services specializes in providing expert resources for Public Health missions including scientific, technical, and administrative support from junior staff to high-level subject matter experts. Research and data driven, Goldbelt Professional Services’ experts create solutions customized to the client’s needs. Summary: The Data Manager IV will fill the role of Clearance Coordinator as well as provide overall leadership of compliance activities. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Conduct short- and long-term planning, program development, policy and program analysis, and program evaluations. Support the establishment of program standards, policies, strategies, goals, and evaluation plans in conjunction with senior staff. Collect and interpret data and information from a variety of sources and prepares recommendations accordingly. Review data sets on e-clearance- Publishing reporting, Compliance- Documents enter exit e-clearance within 15 days. Prepare and make presentations. Provide consultation support to the CDC with meeting planning including the development of meeting agendas, preparation of policies and recommendations, development of meeting contracts, assist meeting logistics and coordination with meeting contractors, and publication of meeting notices. Attend and lead specific clearance transformation process- related meetings, for example, those related to the development and ongoing evolution of DHQP’s Concept Development and Approval Process. Serve as liaison, committee member, or similar point of contact with internal and external representatives. Provide consultation support to the CDC for the management of complex public health grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts. Provide consultation support to the CDC for property management. Supports DHQP with facilitation of scientific documents (journal articles, abstracts, webpages, and presentations) from initial stages of entry into the DHQP CDAP Portal, eClearance application, and NIHMS. Provides technical support to eClearance users by answering questions; troubleshooting application problems; maintaining documentation workflow and system performance. Provides technical support to tracking software for Scientific Integrity Quality Training and electronic compilation and maintenance of EndNote database for the DHQP Bibliography. Develop training modules and presentations for staff on various eClearance topics. Coordinate the insertion of new DHQP staff/new DHQP hires into the eClearance application. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Records management and document control experience in accordance with federal policies. Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence for internal and external audiences. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management. Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination across teams and agencies. Minimum Qualifications: Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience providing administrative, data, or program management support. Ability to manage multiple administrative and data-related tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field.
