Goldbelt C6 is focused on research and development, engineering, and logistics services that enhance our customers’ operations. Our expertise is focused on the integration of C6ISR and scientific, engineering, and technical support for a variety of government partners. We are research and data-driven, with a team of experts ready to create custom solutions. Summary: Goldbelt Professional Services LLC., is seeking a responsible professional Project Manager to organize and manage assorted projects with our contract client. This role will work closely with the Program Manager, and you will be tasked with coordinating various tasks and completing administrative duties. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Assist with clearing and managing the backlog of Salesforce TA cases to support timely resolution and operational efficiency. Audit Salesforce reports to ensure all emails received in the NWSS Inbox are accurately captured and documented within Salesforce. Review and audit automated case assignment rules to confirm workflows and system automations are functioning as intended. Coordinate with the Deloitte technical team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system, configuration, or user access issues. Create, maintain, and distribute a weekly TA Case status report to leadership and relevant stakeholders. Audit and maintain the external SharePoint access list to ensure only authorized users retain access, removing users who no longer require permissions. Process user access requests by adding or removing users in SAMS and SharePoint in accordance with established procedures. Create, manage, and maintain SharePoint user groups to support role-based access and collaboration needs. Support external partners in obtaining appropriate access to the R3SB SharePoint environment. Troubleshoot SharePoint and system access issues and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed. Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by leadership and/or task leads. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Expert knowledge in MS 365 Suite including Power Platform. Knowledge of SharePoint governance and compliance policies. Working knowledge of SharePoint user access, permissions, and group management. Strong attention to detail and ability to audit systems, reports, and workflows for accuracy and compliance. Ability to troubleshoot technical and access-related issues independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public health, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Premier Pro, After effects, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Experience working with Salesforce case management or CRM platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration, Public Health, Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in project or program management. Previous experience with federal government agencies; preferably with CDC. Pay and Benefits The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000.
