The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will lead the administration of UK benefits programs and support US benefits programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for team members. They will also conduct analyses on compensation and benefits matters and support compliance-related activities.
Candidates should have experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or HRIS, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong program management skills and hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, are also required.

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to support and execute global Total Rewards programs, processes, and projects, ensuring a best-in-class team member experience for both Acorns (US) and GoHenry (UK) team members. What you will do at GoHenry: Lead the day-to-day administration of our UK benefits programs (private medical insurance, pension, salary sacrifice, etc.) and support US benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, voluntary benefits, and additional perks). This includes monitoring integration files, coordinating changes with carriers/administrators, managing billing/invoicing, and resolving team member issues. Own the US leave of absence program in collaboration with our third-party administrator, ensuring a high-quality leave experience, proper absence management in Workday, and correct pay for team members on leave. Be hands-on with Workday configuration enhancements, particularly within the Core/Advanced Compensation and Benefits modules. Conduct ad-hoc analyses on various compensation and benefits matters, leveraging data insights to recommend effective approaches and solutions. Support major annual Total Rewards initiatives, such as the annual merit planning cycle and US benefits open enrollment. Support benefits compliance-related activities, including plan audits, required reporting, and team member communications. Support Immigration and global mobility policies and processes. Work cross-functionally with partners across HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal on all Total Rewards matters. Assist with other duties and projects related to total rewards. What you will bring to GoHenry: Experience working in Compensation & Benefits and/or HRIS. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Labor Relations, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing UK benefits programs, such as private medical insurance, pension, and salary sacrifice. Strong program management and project management skills. Experience with the administration of compensation programs and familiarity with job architecture frameworks. Hands-on experience with setup/configuration and reporting in an HRIS system, preferably Workday. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis or visualization. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to operate with the utmost discretion and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive information and decisions. Nice to Have: Experience/familiarity with US immigration sponsorship or US leave of absence. Knowledge of the US compensation and benefits landscape, including an understanding of benefits compliance. Workday trained or certified in Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits. CCP, CEBS, or a Master’s degree in a related field. What’s in it for you?
