You’re more valuable than ever – And that’s just how we’ll make you feel. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Weekend Warrior - Nassau County Pay Rate: $68/hr. - $89/hr. (Experience based range) We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. Providers will be required to work in our Nassau County Region Weekend Warriors must be flexible to work any of the following scheduling combinations to be considered: ~Friday, Saturday & Sunday ~Saturday, Sunday & Monday ~Saturday & Sunday Our Weekend Warriors work 24 hours per week and receive full time pay (at 32 hours per week) and are bonus, PTO and benefit eligible! Shifts may be scheduled in 8 hours, 12 hours, or 16 hours. Shifts may include 12p-12a shifts. $30/hr. Night shift differential from 8p-12a! An on-site staff of Rad Techs and Medical Assistants who assist you by taking vitals, reviewing medications, applying splints and administering meds and vaccines. Competitive compensation You may also be eligible for up to five percent (5%) of your clinical base salary, based on patient satisfaction and clinical quality. In addition, you are eligible for a daily volume bonus. Minimum Required Qualifications: PA/NP: 1 year of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older) setting required Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
