Job Summary The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for GoGoGrandparent’s Home Services department, a strategic bet that could dramatically impact the future of the company. This is a 0 to 1 role where you will have broad autonomy over helping to build this “business within a business”. This role drives the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer research, market analysis, planning, requirements development, and launch, with the goal of growing adoption, repeat usage, and trust in Home Services. Responsibilities: Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and development roadmaps for Home Services. Build product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and ROI for Home Services initiatives. Design and optimize the customer journey. Conduct customer interviews and market research to uncover pain points and prioritize service categories (e.g., cleaning, handyman, yardwork). Analyze funnel metrics, cohort retention, and repeat usage to guide growth strategies. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams in the development, QA, and release of products. Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans. Skills & Qualifications (List required background to include degrees, skills, applicable software knowledge, etc.) Bachelors’ degree. 3 years of experience in full-cycle product development in a nonmanagerial role. Data analysis experience, able to crunch numbers in spreadsheets comfortably to assist with decision making. Keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure. Skilled in running AB tests (pricing, engagement, provider incentives) Superior project management and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly competent in writing SQL queries to generate and explore data.
