Job Responsibilities • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) within the assigned region. • Monitor and ensure that all DSP operations comply with company standards, policies, and requirements. • Oversee daily operations of warehouse service providers, ensuring stable, timely, and high-quality warehouse services through effective communication and continuous optimization. • Conduct root cause analysis for operational exceptions and implement corrective actions; manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and procedures. • Establish key performance objectives and manage overall team performance. • Lead daily operational control meetings to identify issues and determine follow-up actions. • Manage budgets and monitor the financial health of the assigned region or business unit. • Organize and implement DSP training programs to enhance professional skills and service levels across DSP teams. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required. • At least 1 year of hands-on last-mile delivery operations management experience, with demonstrated results in route optimization and service quality improvement. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate delivery teams. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in addressing challenges unique to last-mile delivery operations. • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage data to drive operational improvements in last-mile delivery. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced last-mile delivery environment. • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in daily operational settings.
