Job Title: Director of Operations, Marketing & Brand Execution (Founder’s Right Hand / Integrator Role) About Us: We operate a portfolio of fast-growing companies in the automotive and business education space, including: • High-end mobile detailing & auto styling brands • A national car detailing coaching platform • Product brands (ceramic coatings, PPF, tint, tools) • Software being built for car detailers & service businesses We’re not a small lifestyle company. We’re building scalable brands, systems, and infrastructure to dominate our niches. This role is for someone who wants to help build an empire – not clock in and clock out. The Role We’re looking for a Director of Operations, Marketing & Brand Execution to act as the founder’s right hand. This is not a VA. Not a “marketing coordinator.” Not a basic project manager. You will be responsible for translating vision into execution, keeping teams aligned, and making sure projects actually get finished at a high level. You will oversee operations, hiring, brand execution, project management, software implementation, and team performance across multiple companies. What You’ll Run: 1. Operations & Execution • Turn founder ideas and direction into structured plans, tasks, and timelines • Own project management across all brands and initiatives • Make sure nothing gets lost, delayed, or half-finished • Build and manage internal systems in Notion/ClickUp/Asana 2. Brand & Website Oversight • Oversee brand development and execution across all companies • Manage designers, developers, and contractors for websites & assets • Ensure brand consistency across websites, funnels, ads, packaging, and content • Project manage full website builds and landing page funnels 3. Team Management • Manage and coordinate remote teams across departments • Create task structures, SOPs, and weekly scorecards • Run weekly operations meetings • Hold team members accountable to timelines and standards 4. Software & Systems Oversight • Oversee CRM, sales stacks, booking systems, and internal tools • Work with developers/consultants to build and implement software solutions • Ensure systems are actually used and not just set up and forgotten • Test and QA automations before rollout 5. Hiring & Scaling • Assist in hiring and building departments under you • Help construct roles, scorecards, hire pipelines • Train and onboard staff into systems and standards What Success Looks Like (90 Days) By month 3, you should have: • Built a centralized operations dashboard • Implemented a task/project management system across all teams • Improved execution speed on brand and website builds • Reduced founder involvement in day-to-day task chasing by 50%+ • Taken over internal communication flow Salary Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year Performance Bonuses: $10,000 – $40,000 annually based on roadmap execution and team KPIs Equity/Profit Share (optional for the right person): Available after 6 months based on performance Total Potential Compensation: $90,000 – $160,000+ Location: Remote – USA Preferred (Some travel may be required for internal planning, strategy, or content sessions) Work Style • High autonomy • High responsibility • High output expected • Direct communication • No corporate red tape • Results > hours This role is for someone who wants to grow into a strategic operator long-term.
