Instructional Aides School-Based, Per Diem Opportunities Sterling Heights, MI Instructional aides play a vital role in supporting students academic, behavioral, and social development within school settings. These per diem positions offer the flexibility to work as-needed, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your schedule while making a meaningful impact in the classroom.
