The Go Green Initiative (GGI) is seeking a full-time, remote Manager of Finance & Operations to serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO. This role is critical for ensuring sound finances, compliance with grants, and effective management of public and philanthropic funding. Responsibilities • Oversee payroll and HR administration, including multi-state payroll compliance • Manage grant administration, reimbursements, and reporting for government and philanthropic funders • Coordinate bookkeeping and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness • Partner with the CEO, staff, Board, and external vendors to support informed financial decision-making Skills • 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, payroll, or grants administration • Experience with government or public-sector grants • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (or similar) • Strong organizational judgment, attention to detail, and a systems-oriented mindset Company Overview • Go Green Initiative is a charity promoting environmental justice, improving school environmental factors, and conserving natural resources.
