Job Description Overview We are seeking a Fractional AI Tech Lead who can bring strong technical and strategic direction to enhance and build our image generation and data models. This role is critical to scaling advanced product use cases. Your expertise will shape our model strategy, system design, and technical roadmap. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to shape the AI component of our product roadmap. • Innovate our current LLM and image generation architecture to support advanced product use cases. • Develop a playbook to scale to millions of quality image generations per day. • Benchmark our system against leading market technologies to maintain competitive advantage. • Formulate a zero-to-one data learning system that captures, processes, and analyzes user signals to enhance model performance. • Address any gaps in: • Memory and narrative continuity in image generations. • Extracting visual intent from unstructured roleplay messages. • Guide and develop a team of AI/ML engineers and web engineers based in the Philippines, ensuring effective knowledge transfer. • Occasionally engage in hands-on coding as necessary. Qualifications • Previous roles as a "Lead", "Architect", or similar senior technical positions with responsibilities for guiding other engineers. • Significant, recent hands-on experience in building or fine-tuning image generation models. • Experience with LLMs beyond just prompting, including system design and model integration. • Comfort working in environments that may include NSFW content. • Proficiency in the following technologies: • Python / PyTorch • Hugging Face • RunPod / AWS • Docker • LLaMA / GPT / Stable Diffusion Join us and play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and product excellence!
