Learn more: https://www.notion.so/About-Valid-162319cdcb81800c9776cbf16b2b93e7?pvs=21 Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Strategist / Account Manager who can set strategy based on client needs and objectives, manage large-scale ad campaigns, and serve as the primary client point of contact. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy (30%) • Understand client business objectives and KPIs • Define strategy based on budget and goals • Analyze results and market trends to recommend improvements • Manage a team of marketers delivering best-in-class ad campaigns Account Management (60%) • Act as the main client point of contact • Lead weekly calls, present campaign reports, and guide optimizations • Support clients with media-related queries Product (10%) • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate marketing processes into new products Required Qualifications • Strong English and communication skills • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in an agency • Proven experience managing $250,000+ monthly ad spend across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, and others) • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret ad account data • Previous experience in client-facing roles as a senior point of contact Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing and hiring marketing teams • Mobile app advertising experience, including MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, AirBridge, Singular) • Familiarity with AppleSearchAds, SKAN, and iOS attribution What We Offer • Work with a global team in a fast-paced startup environment • Annual company offsite gatherings • Competitive salary (based on experience and location) • Benefits including 401k, healthcare, FSA, and in-office perks for San Francisco employees • Remote flexibility within the USA or Canada, with preference for SF-based candidates
