GNR - Global Network Recruiting is seeking a Sales Account Manager for their expanding US division in the optics and semiconductor sectors. The role involves selling technical products and solutions while cultivating relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. Responsibilities • Reporting to the GM of North America, you will learn from the team members and acquire a book of business. • We’re looking for a technical aptitude to communicate with engineers to understand their challenges to deliver tailored, value-driven products & solutions. • Ability to cultivate relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and meet with customers. • Help define KPIs, track & monitor sales activities to achieve milestones & goals. • Able to travel extensively to customers, trade shows, conferences, Corp offices etc. (domestic & occasionally international) Skills • 3+ years of proven technical sales with excellent communication skills (this is a 'customer facing' role) • Experienced with selling any of the following; chemicals, coatings, materials, compounds, components, equipment, optics / lenses etc • Ability to work independently, comprehensive training & mentoring will be provided to ensure success, in addition to self-studies required • Help define KPIs, track & monitor sales activities to achieve milestones & goals • Able to travel extensively to customers, trade shows, conferences, Corp offices etc. (domestic & occasionally international) • US Citizenship / Perm Resident required • Technical aptitude to communicate with engineers to understand their challenges to deliver tailored, value-driven products & solutions • Self-motivated, mid-junior level individual • Preference given to those who reside in the EASTERN US Benefits • Base Salary • Bonus • Work from home / Remote Company Overview • "The people you're looking for AREN'T looking!"
