GNR has been retained by TWO (2) great AEROSPACE & DEFENSE organizations in need of experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT individuals – MORE DETAILS can be found on our website at: https://jobs.gnrcorp.com/ #1: DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT with a proven history working with NAVY / NAVSEA / NAVSUP programs. You’ll be joining a very reputable, well-established, and growing $100m DEFENSE organization targeting NAVAL customers for new product designs & aftermarket services. • MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years Business Development experience for NAVY / NAVSEA / NAVSUP products & services. • Identify, pursue, qualify, and capture new business & potential partnership + manage existing accounts • Capture customer needs (VOC), take proposals full-life cycle, lead & collaborate with other functional leaders in drafting winning proposals RFP / RFQ / IDIQs • Travel 20 – 50% domestic & International – Corp Headquarters, customers, trade shows/conferences • US Citizenship required + ability to obtain DoD clearance OFFERING: Attractive salary + 20% bonus + great benefits package + WORK REMOTE – reporting to Corp HQ every quarter in California ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- #2: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with a proven sales/business develop experience with Aircraft / Aerospace products: structures, components, interiors, electronics, mechanical systems, electro-mechanical, composites, materials, rotorcrafts, engines etc… • Responsible for growing & managing key accounts for both COMMERCIAL & DEFENSE aviation customers • Fluent with MS Office products – specifically Power Point as you’ll create and present to executive team & customers • 20-30% travel required: Domestics & International to Corp office, US sites, customers, trade shows & conferences • US Citizen / Perm Resident OFFERING: Visibility & Growth with Base Salary + bonus + car allowance + REMOTE reporting to US HQ 1 wk a month in the Seattle region
