We are hiring for an apartment community in Harrison Township. Some of the Duties and Responsibilities: • Completing Work Orders • Apartment Turnover • Plumbing • Painting / Drywall • Electrical • Special Projects An ideal candidate has basic maintenance repair knowledge, their own tools and reliable transportation. A clean criminal record and valid driver's license are necessary to be considered. Pay is based on skills, certifications and experience.
