About the Role We are looking for a Senior Grants Management Analyst to lead compliance, reporting, auditing, and financial tracking tasks for DOT grants. Key Responsibilities • Conduct detailed reviews of grant budgets, expenditures, and reports. • Monitor subrecipient compliance and performance. • Prepare federal reports, dashboards, and USAspending disclosures. • Assist in audits and prepare compliance documentation. • Use ESC PRISM and GrantSolutions for reporting and monitoring. • Identify risks, perform analyses, and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or CPA preferred. • 4–6 years of experience in federal grants management. • Strong knowledge of ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions, and USAspending. • Excellent analytical and reporting skills. • Strong communication skills. Salary Range $80,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
