About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Grants Program Manager to lead and oversee our transportation‐grants portfolio. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with DOT grants, experience using ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions, and USAspending, plus strong leadership skills to manage teams & projects in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee full lifecycle of grants: pre‐award, award management, reporting, compliance, closeout. • Ensure compliance with DOT/FTA/FHWA regulations and Uniform Guidance. • Utilize ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions, and USAspending for grants tracking and reporting. • Lead, mentor, and manage staff, subcontractors, or vendors. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor program performance, budgets, and reporting. • Identify process improvements and maintain documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. • 7–10 years of relevant experience in federal/DOT grants management. • Hands‑on experience with ESC PRISM, GrantSolutions, and USAspending. • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Salary Range $110,000 – $145,000 (depending on experience)
