Assist attorneys by greeting clients, managing filing and typing tasks, organizing the office, answering phones, contacting clients, and scheduling calendars.
Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, stable transportation, and availability to work full-time in person, with Spanish fluency as a plus.
Busy firm is looking for office assistant/paralegal. You do not have to have a paralegal degree for this position. Your position includes: 1. Greeting clients 2. Filing 3. Typing 4. Organizing office 5. Answering phones 6. Contacting clients 7. Working with attorney to best assist clients 8. Dealing with public 9. Scheduling several calendars Hours are: M, T, W, Th 9-5:30 with unpaid half hour for lunch, Friday 9-5pm. You must be able to work independently and be a quick learner. If you are a fluent Spanish speaker, your pay will be higher at start. You must able to start immediately. You must have stable and reliable Transportation.
