To apply, create an account on GloPros We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) & Logistics Leader to oversee inventory management across our supply chain network. This role ensures the right inventory is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand, while managing inter-factory and distribution center transfers and coordinating subcontractor shipments. The ideal candidate will champion continuous improvement, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that enhance service, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage inventory across the supply chain network to fulfill customer orders efficiently • Oversee transfers between factories and distribution centers to optimize stock levels and availability • Plan and coordinate subcontractor shipments for value-added activities, ensuring seamless reintegration into the network for final customer delivery • Lead teams through process changes, driving adoption, compliance, and smooth implementation • Conduct root-cause analysis of supply chain issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions • Partner with manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to align supply and demand priorities • Develop, track, and maintain KPIs for inventory accuracy, service levels, and logistics efficiency • Support supply chain strategy initiatives and continuous improvement programs • Identify risks and opportunities across the distribution network and recommend solutions to improve cost and service outcomes Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in DRP, logistics, or supply chain management • Strong knowledge of inventory management, DRP processes, and network optimization • Experience managing subcontractors or third-party logistics (3PL) partners is a plus • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel capabilities • Proven ability to lead process change and deliver measurable operational improvements Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency • Strategic mindset with a results-driven, execution-focused approach • Collaborative, cross-functional working style Preferred Qualifications • Advanced degree and/or professional certification (e.g., APICS/CSCP, Six Sigma) • Experience in multinational manufacturing or FMCG environments • Knowledge of lean supply chain principles and process automation tools To apply, create your account on GloPros
