Own Gloo websites and public-facing web assets, ensuring content is current and UX is seamless. Continuously monitor and optimize for SEO, page performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing websites with a strong understanding of modern CMS capabilities. Proven track record of improving key web performance metrics and familiarity with various analytics and SEO tools.
The Opportunity: Gloo is searching for a Web Experience Manager who lives at the intersection of digital strategy, user experience, and performance optimization. This role will own the web presence for Gloo - managing our sites and landing pages end-to-end to ensure they’re fast, intuitive, accessible, and conversion-ready. This role is built for someone who’s half marketer, half product owner. You’re focused on creating the best user experience for website visitors, with a passion for expressing ideas in a winsome, compelling, and conversion-forward way. As a curious experimenter, a performance analyst, and a UX thinker, you understand how content, design, and performant pages impact real business results. You love data, get excited about testing and validating great UX, and see every webpage as a story waiting to convert. What You’ll Do: Own Gloo websites and public-facing web assets - ensuring content is current, UX is seamless, and design is aligned with our brand. Continuously monitor and optimize for SEO, page performance, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile responsiveness. Build and launch landing pages and campaign-specific content in collaboration with marketing, content, and demand generation teams. Partner with stakeholders, designers, and marketers to implement new pages and troubleshoot issues quickly. Analyze traffic, bounce rates, page speed, time on page, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SEMrush - then act on what you find. Use insights from A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral flows to recommend and drive UX improvements. Maintain clean site architecture, clear navigation, and tag hygiene across pages and CMS tools (Framer experience would be a plus). Stay ahead of web trends and evolving technologies—bringing new tools, features, and strategies to continuously elevate site performance and user experience. Utilize AI to make your work more efficient. Be ready to flex - whether you’re publishing a new product page or quickly responding to a stakeholder’s last-minute web ask. What We’re Looking For: 3–5+ years hands-on experience managing websites built on Framer or similar, with a strong understanding of modern CMS capabilities and limitations. Awareness and curiosity to experiment with AI-powered no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Lovable, UI Bakery, Softr) to generate new ideas for Gloo websites. Proven track record of improving bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate, or other key web performance metrics. Familiar with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and tag managers. Experience optimizing content for AI-gen search tools and chat platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Bing Copilot), in addition to traditional SEO. Researching and experimenting with and tracking with changes related to content discovery through generative and A-gentic AI search. Experience managing websites with over 10,000 monthly visitors and driven measurable increases in both traffic and conversion over time. Strong understanding of content hierarchy, UX principles, and digital marketing KPIs. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - you don’t need to code daily, but you understand what’s under the hood. Comfortable collaborating across teams - design, development, marketing, product, and leadership. Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented - able to juggle competing priorities and pivot quickly. Excellent written communication and editorial instincts - your work is clean, clear, and compelling. Hybrid thinker – part marketer, part strategist, part digital builder.
