As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and maintaining long-term relationships. What You’ll Do • Become a credible person and develop trusted relationships with potential clients. • Assisting customers with their needs, dealing with customer inquiries and concern in a timely manner. • Develop strong relationships with clients — understanding their needs and ensuring they are met while proactively recommending and enhancing client's success • Guide clients through the process while providing ongoing support meeting the company objectives. • Help establish processes to increase efficiency and offer creative solutions to solve problems What We’re Looking For • Experience in customer retention or sales is a plus but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work environment. • Tech-savvy, organized, and great at juggling multiple task • Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment.
