This opportunity is designed for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and interested in building a career in sales — even without prior experience. We provide comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to ensure every associate understands the sales process, product knowledge, and compliance standards. This position is commission-based and not hourly or salaried. What the Role Involves As a Sales Associate, you will: • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with assigned clients • Present company-approved products using a structured sales process • Educate clients on available options in a clear and professional manner • Assist with enrollment and required documentation • Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication • Work toward daily and weekly performance goals • Collaborate with leadership and a remote sales team No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. Training & Development No sales experience is required.
