This role is designed for individuals who are new to sales or transitioning careers and are looking for a structured training program, ongoing mentorship, and performance-based income in a professional remote environment. This is a commission-based sales position, not an hourly or salaried role. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual sales consultations via Zoom, phone, and email • Present company-approved products and programs clearly and professionally • Educate clients on available options and assist with the enrollment process • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Track client interactions and follow-ups using digital systems • Work collaboratively with a remote sales team and leadership mentors • Participate in ongoing training and performance development sessions Training & Development No prior sales or industry experience is required. All Sales Associates receive comprehensive entry-level training, including: • Sales fundamentals and communication skills • Product knowledge and compliance standards • Virtual presentation and consultation techniques • Systems, tools, and workflow processes • Ongoing coaching and leadership development Training is provided at no cost and continues throughout your career.
